The company specializes in partial and full cargo transportation to/from the Balkan countries to/from the Baltic countries, Poland and Scandinavian countries. Our client have been on the market for more than 18 years and is one of the leading companies in the Baltic countries in the field of freight transportation to/from the Balkan region. The company has long-standing and established partners in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Greece, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and other Balkan countries.The organization is also developing freight transport to Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan,
Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries. Due to expanding it’s operations in Romania, we are looking for a positive person who is not afraid of challenges and has experience working in the transportation industry to join the team, complement it and become an important part of it.

Responsibilities:
 New Client search, cold calling, visiting clients, networking
 Work with clients, Negotiations, Conclusion of contracts
 Cooperation with other team members about transport
 Transportation process control
 Solving problems with clients
 Developing sales department
 Motivation and training of employees
 Development and implementation of branch activity strategy

Requirements:
 Work experience in the field of Transport and Sales at least 5 years.
 Experience in groupage and part load transportation
 Excellent knowledge of the Romanian (Native) and English language. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
 Positive attitude, desire to grow together with the company and improve;
 Logical thinking, prudence and quick orientation;
 Good communication and negotiation skills;
 Ability to improvise, creativity
 Ability to motivate and unite people for a common goal
 Interest in logistics innovations, market trends
 Activity and initiative
